"REP Building have been doing all our building construction works since 2006. I have found Rob Paragalli to be a sincere honest and reliable person with whom you can discuss all your building requirements.

The company through the years has refurbished renovated and built many projects for our business and group of companies. REP Building in the next few months will be demolishing my house and replace it with a duplex of 480m2 on a 960m2 block in Kaleen.

To name some of the projects REP Building has completed are;

2006 – 2018 First floor 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 15 Edgar Street Ainslie, renovated six offices above the Ainslie Shopping Centre. All these offices are between 85-95m2. Many of them had structural walls removed, new kitchenettes installed and have been totally renovated from floors to ceiling, including flooring and painting.

2006 – Ainslie IGA Supermarket, 9-11 Edgar Street Ainslie, helped with refurbishment

2010/2011 – Ainslie Pharmacy, 17 Edgar Street Ainslie, total fitout of a new building including building toilets, ceilings, shopfronts and air conditioning.

2012 – Ainslie Cellars, 7 Edgar Street Ainslie, transformed the old pharmacy into a modern 150m2 liquor store. This included guttering the old store and completely redoing all the electrical, plumbing, ceilings and flooring and organizing all the new fixtures and fittings.

2012/2013 – Ainslie IGA Supermarket, 9-11 Edgar Street Ainslie, Refurbishment of all the departments within the supermarket including the butcher, delicatessen and produce departments. Also organised to build a new mezzanine level outside the back for all our refrigeration motors.

2014 – Rebel Muse (my daughters ladies fashion boutique) in Lonsdale Street Braddon. Entire shop fitout of the new shop.

2016 – Ainslie Cellars, built a new 100m2 storeroom at the rear of the building which included a major renovation of the existing building. Two existing shops in the laneway had to be completely renovated including their toilets, plumbing and electrical.

2018 – 1-7 Edgar Street Ainslie, above Ainslie Shops changed the entire tiled roof over the buildings. This included all the scaffolding, removing and replacing all the old tiles, battens, insulation and environmental clean.
