Robert Paragalli
Director
Robert started REP Building in 2008. From humble beginnings Robert slowly developed a reputation built on trust, honesty and the ability to deliver the highest level of building projects. Born and bred in Canberra, Robert was raised to appreciate hard work and not to take life for granted.

When Robert is not building, he’s a dad to 4 beautiful children.
Adam Lucas
Foreman/Partner
Adam has been with REP Building since 2015, bringing over a decade of hands-on carpentry experience. As both Foreman and Partner, he plays a key role in upholding the quality, consistency, and reputation of every project.

Reliable and solutions-focused, Adam combines technical expertise with a calm, efficient approach. He excels at leading teams, maintaining site productivity, and ensuring high standards throughout the build.
