At REP Building, we want to make your life as easy as possible, which is why we offer a seamless process to cover off and discover what your project is all about.

It is important to note that every project is different, and it is crucial to have all the plans, specifications and designs completed so you have an accurate picture of the costs and timeframes before you commit to your dream project.

 

REP Building can assist you through these steps following the process below.

The REP Discover Phase Process:

Initial Chat

An initial discussion over the phone to introduce the REP team and to get an idea where you are right now.

Meet and Greet

During the meeting we listen to your ideas, vision, and thoughts, and gather any other information we need.  At this time, we can advise on the relevant services you will need, for example design construct, construction management services, or just building your home.

General Fee Proposal

After the meeting, we send out a general fee proposal outlining what is required for you to accurately estimate the cost and timeframes to build your dream home.

Design Phase

If you accept the general fees, we move to the concept design phase where we can prepare the first sketch plans based on the design concepts you want, or you can bring your own plans. Then we prepare your specification for the build including interior and exterior materials selections and joinery plans, depending on your needs.

Quoting Phase

Once we have nailed down the design requirements, we move to the formal quoting phase, where we formalise an exact figure

Contract Phase

If you accept the quote, we submit a contract for all parties to sign. Note: costs from the discovery phase are refunded if you proceed with the build.

Building Approval Phase

Once the contracts are signed, we submit plans to certifier/council for building approval.

Construction Phase

When the plans are approved, we start building your dream home!  The build time varies depending on the size of the project. We build our homes with care, quality, and precision, so that they last a lifetime.

Handover Phase

Once your home is complete, we give you the keys to your new home. We have a 90-day maintenance period, and we also revisit again in 6 months to ensure you are happy with everything.

Site Consultation Service:

 

We offer a consultation service to engage with an experienced builder even before you commit to a purchase. Things like, is this a good block to build on, any issues we can see, what could be built on this land etc. Reassurance that what you plan to do is achievable, even before you start.
